1. About these terms

This website is operated by Snicker Supply ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province or territory of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

Our products are novelty holiday apparel. We do our best to display colors, prints and details accurately, but your screen may show colors slightly differently, and printed or knit-look patterns may vary slightly between items. Product photos may include styling props that are not part of the purchase.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. You can ask to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it; after that it may already be in preparation.

6. Discounts

Automatic "crew deal" discounts apply to eligible sweaters in the same order: 10% off 2 or more, 15% off 4 or more, 20% off 6 or more. Only the highest tier applies, and discounts cannot be combined unless stated. Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 days and most orders arrive 5–15 days after they are placed. Delivery dates, including Christmas order-by dates, are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. 8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges page and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, characters and images, belongs to Snicker Supply or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. User content

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is yours to share and does not break any law or anyone's rights.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy its content in bulk, or to place fraudulent orders.

12. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for payments, fulfillment and delivery. We are not responsible for their services beyond what the law requires.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snicker Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, state or province.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Snicker Supply is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
