Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to do before sending anything back. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and next steps.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, it's on us: we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Ordered the wrong size? Tell us the size you need and we'll ship it as soon as your return is on its way back to us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery, or returned without tags, can't be refunded.
